He is responsible for identifying outside innovation relevant to Stanley Black & Decker along with leading investments and managing the STANLEY Ventures portfolio.

Robert oversees the GCross Business Development team at Stanley Black & Decker.  In this role, Robert helps Stanley Ventures portfolio companies find new opportunities for growth across Stanley's businesses. He has over 22 years of experience in commercial sales and marketing.
